September 6, 2025 - The Fall and Winter Garden
Looking to learn how to get the most out of your Fall and Winter edible garden? How to plan a plant palette to suit your fall menus? Which techniques to use for better plant production, and ways to combat winter pests? Local author and designer Stefani Bittner will tackle solutions for common gardening issues in the colder months and will answer all of your questions to set you up for success this season. Learn how to plant garlic, cover crops and cool season vegetables to enjoy in the fall and spring edible garden.
Date & Time: 10am-12:30pm September 6, 2025 Location: Lafayette (Address to be sent one week prior to start of class)
Please wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty. The class is held in a residential garden in Lafayette that has many steps and some uneven ground in the garden. Please wear comfortable, closed toed garden friendly shoes that you can walk up stairs in. The class will be outdoors and it will be cool so please wear appropriate clothing for the elements.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early and get ready to dig in!
Refund policy: You can receive a full refund one week before the start of the class minus a $5 merchant fee.
If it rains, the class will be delayed.
